Based on true events, the play delves into the corruption, betrayal, and danger that permeated every aspect of life in that time. As labor unions were neglected and government corruption skyrocketed, the poor grew resentful, unable to rely on the police for help. While the rich and powerful thrived, a new breed of Mexican gangsters called Los Pachucos emerged, dominating the criminal underworld.
